Five steps, every time.
We don’t cut corners. Every couch we sell goes through the same five-step refurbishment process — sourcing, inspection, deep cleaning, detailing, and honest photography.
Step 1
Sourcing
Every couch starts with a careful pickup. We inspect on-site before loading — frame check, cushion test, fabric condition. Only the best pieces make it back to the workshop.

Initial inspection
Back at the workshop, we go deeper: hardwood frame check, joint stability, cushion fill density, upholstery condition, and any hidden surprises.
Step 3
Deep cleaning
Mytee professional hot-water extraction. TMF Black Label upholstery cleaner for general grime. TMF Unchained for tough stains. TMF Cotton & Linen for delicate fabrics. Multiple passes, never one-and-done.
Step 4
Detailing
Leather pieces get conditioned with Lexol or Leather Master. Spot treatment for any lingering marks. Deodorizing for any residual smells. Each piece is brought back to its best.
Step 5
Photography & listing
Staged photos in our showroom-style backdrop. Honest condition notes. Dimensions verified. Anything you'd want to know if you were buying.
